Si salvono in pochi, per il resto non servono. Lo sconsiglio a tutti specialmente dopo l'episodio che mi è successo oggi. The reception staff of the laboratory analyzes the one with the black hair very rude and rude, as well as being unhuman. Few are saved, otherwise they are useless. I do not recommend it to everyone especially after the episode that happened to me today.

Mai avuto servizio peggiore. Bad center, rude and indifferent. ECG booked at 17.30, the doctor leaves at 17.20 completely ignoring the appointment. Never had worse service.

Addirittura ho sentito ,dato che i toni erano alti ,hanno detto ad una cliente che si è lamentata perché non rispettavano i turni che facevano passare chi dicevano loro,dato che comandavano loro..ad una persona anziana... Da rivedere il personale.. da formare.. all'uscita più di una persona ha detto che non sarebbero più tornati a causa delle persone che sono all'ingresso. Ma questa confidenza di alzare la voce ma chi Ve la da? Staff lacking in education at the entrance, high tones and little tact. m	maria iovine on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stamattina ho deciso di fare una mammografia. Era la prima volta che mi recavo presso questo centro perchè me lo ha consigliato una amica radiologa di Napoli. Le persone erano rispettosamente in attesa, all'ingresso mi hanno invitata a misurare la temperatura e a sanificare le mani, dopo le pratiche burocratiche mi hanno invitata a sedere rispettando il distanziamento e tra una sedia e l'altra c'era il pannello di plexiglass. Dopo una brevissima attesa sono stata introdotta in una stanza dove hanno raccolto l'anamnesi e mi hanno subito fatto la mammografia. Dopo pochi minuti sono stata convocata dal medico che mi ha spiegato tutto e soprattutto mi ha detto che a tutte le pazienti che fanno la mammografia presso Capuacenter viene offerta gratuitamente la tomosintesi che è una novità e fornisce una definizione precisa del tessuto mammario. Davvero complimenti per l'efficienza e per la gestione ed anche per la gentilezza del personale sanitario e delle segretarie. Anche se sono napoletana e devo recarmi a Capua, il prossimo anno ci ritorno sicuramente I decided to have a mammogram this morning. It was the first time I went to this center because a radiologist friend from Naples recommended it to me. People were respectfully waiting, at the entrance they invited me to measure the temperature and to sanitize my hands, after the paperwork they invited me to sit respecting the distance and between one chair and the other there was the plexiglass panel. After a very short wait I was introduced into a room where they collected the medical history and immediately had a mammogram. After a few minutes I was summoned by the doctor who explained everything to me and above all he told me that all the patients who do mammography at Capuacenter are offered free tomosynthesis which is a novelty and provides a precise definition of the breast tissue. Congratulations for the efficiency and management and also for the kindness of the healthcare staff and secretaries. Even if I am Neapolitan and I have to go to Capua, I will definitely return next year

V	Valentina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sul laboratorio in sé, il personale ai prelievi è sempre stato gentile e disponibile ogni volta che sono andata (e ci vado spessissimo). La pecca è alla reception, il personale è scontroso e abbastanza prepotente. Problematica riscontrata maggiormente con una persona in particolare di cui si sono già lamentati abbastanza nelle recensioni precedenti. È un centro analisi e ci si va per salute; trovare gente che non ti mette a proprio agio o ti risponde con poco tatto o con toni alti ed arroganti sinceramente non vi fa fare bella figura... Nothing to say about the laboratory itself, the staff at the sampling has always been kind and helpful every time I went (and I go there very often). The flaw is the reception, the staff are surly and quite bossy. Problem encountered most with a particular person who have already complained enough about in previous reviews. It is an analysis center and you go there for health; finding people who do not put you at ease or respond with little tact or with high and arrogant tones sincerely does not make you look good ...

La vergogna della professionalità!!!! Ci sono tantissimi centri... Questo è da evitare assolutamente!!!!!!!!! Incompetent, never had such an uneducated booking staff left !!!!!!!!!!
