Promessa disattesa e quindi ho nuovamente telefonato circa 10 giorni dopo alla ditta richiedendo di essere contattato per un preventivo. Sono ancora in attesa al 30 di luglio. Non mi pare un comportamento serio nei confronti di un potenziale cliente... Embarrassing experience: supplier personally visited on July 5th with release of my information and promise of subsequent callback. This promise was not fulfilled and then I phoned the company again about 10 days later asking to be contacted for a quote. I'm still waiting for July 30th. I don't think it's serious behavior towards a potential client ...

Davvero bravi e competenti. I tempi indicati per l'esecuzione sono stati mantenuti come da promessa ( 10 gg). Sono soddisfatto della scelta fatta e avendo contattato altri competitor ho avuto modo di valutare bene sia il tipo di lavorazione che propongono sia i relativi costi che sono allineati. Grazie e buon lavoro Mario Z. I contacted them for the restoration / painting of the wooden shutters. I have to congratulate you on the excellent work done and the professionalism shown. Really good and competent. The times indicated for the execution were kept as promised (10 days). I am satisfied with the choice made and having contacted other competitors I was able to evaluate well both the type of processing they offer and the related costs that are aligned. E	Elena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati per restauro 8 persiane. fanno sopralluogo per vedere se ci fossero parti di legno marce e non ne trovano. prima di consegnare le persiane restaurate ovviamente vogliono il pagamento totale. su 7 persiane tutto bene ma una (l'unica che a detta loro presentava legno marcio anche se nel sopralluogo non era stato visto) è stata "riparata" mettendo un pezzo di legno in sostituzione, tra l'altro di un colore non compatibile. sarebbe bastato sostituire l'intero traverso al posto di mettere una toppa e non si sarebbe notato niente. se il problema era un aumento di costo avrebbero potuto chiedermelo x accettazione. A seguito di mie lamentele mi hanno risposto che avrebbero provveduto a riprendere la persiana e modificarla, ma a distanza di sei mesi non si sono fatti vivi e non rispondono più alle mie mail. Contacted for restoration 8 shutters. they inspect the site to see if there were any rotten wood parts and find none. before delivering the restored shutters, they obviously want full payment. out of 7 shutters everything was fine but one (the only one that, according to them, had rotten wood even if it had not been seen in the inspection) was "repaired" by putting a piece of wood to replace it, among other things of an incompatible color. it would have been enough to replace the entire crosspiece instead of putting a patch and nothing would have been noticed. if the problem was an increase in cost they could have asked me for acceptance. Following my complaints, they replied that they would take the shutter back and modify it, but after six months they did not show up and no longer respond to my emails.
