Il responsabile inoltre non si limita a vendere il prodotto, ma dà attenzione al cliente spiegando le caratteristiche dei vari pellets indirizzandoti verso il prodotto che cerchi. Io ho deciso di acquistare il pellets di maggiore qualità " binderholz" e mi sono trovata benissimo, scalda e sporca poco la stufa. La valutazione è positivissima, ve lo consiglio!!!!
