Soprattutto quando è stato fatto il lavoro iniziale da un precedente posatore che di lì a poco se n'è andato lasciandoli in braghe di tela (nel mio caso mi ha anche danneggiato una piastrella del bagno...e me ne sono accorto io...morale si le scuse del posatore ma mai riparata! Per fortuna che attualmente hanno un altro posatore che è una vera punta di diamante: ultra professionale con padronanza e mestiere, bravissimo e umile. Averne! Infatti gli ultimi inconvenienti, in sinergia col Commerciale e col tempo dovuto, si stanno risolvendo al 100%. I prodotti della SPI Finestre e Persiane sono eccellenti. Avanti così! Especially when the initial work was done by a previous installer who soon went away leaving them in canvas straps (in my case he also damaged a bathroom tile ... and I noticed it .. .moral yes the installer's apologies but never repaired! Luckily they currently have another installer who is a real spearhead: ultra professional with mastery and skill, very good and humble. in due course, they are 100% resolving.The products of SPI Windows and Shutters are excellent.

Lascio tre stelle perchè i tecnici mi sono sembrati preparati, però trooooppo tempo per essere solamente ricontattato per un appuntamento. Non si può chiedere se è urgente una settimana dopo....Sarà il periodo ma ad ora il servizio di assistenza è un pò lento I change the review because after a week I was contacted and solved my problem, which apparently was a "no problem". I leave three stars because the technicians seemed prepared, but too much time to just be contacted for an appointment. You cannot ask if it is urgent a week later .... It will be the period but at the moment the assistance service is a little slow
