★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da progettista nel settore dell'interior design posso solo dire che, per quanto riguarda la scelta di qualsiasi tipo di caminetto, o caldaia, questo è il posto giusto. La gentilezza, ma soprattutto la preparazione tecnica e inerente la normativa, da parte dei titolari, vi farà capire l'importanza di affidarsi a persone altamente specializzate, piuttosto che ad un semplice rivenditore commerciale. L'averli conosciuti mi ha preservato da più di un problema tecnico.
As a designer in the interior design sector I can only say that, with regards to the choice of any type of fireplace, or boiler, this is the right place. The kindness, but above all the technical and inherent preparation of the legislation, by the owners, will make you understand the importance of relying on highly specialized people, rather than a simple commercial retailer. Having known them preserved me from more than one technical problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto la fortuna di conoscerli alla fiera di Scandicci , ci hanno saputo consigliare sull'acquisto del camino ad alta prestazione più giusto per nostre esigenze. Sempre molto cordiali e disponibili, mi hanno suggerito più opzioni dove prendere la legna ed anche per manutenzione sono disponibili e la effettuano quando necessario non per spillare altri soldi ( ad esempio a me in base alla legna bruciata nell'ultimo anno hanno consigliato di aspettare ancora ed ero stato io a chiamarli). Davvero consigliati!!
I was lucky enough to meet them at the Scandicci fair, they were able to advise us on the purchase of the most suitable high performance fireplace for our needs. Always very friendly and helpful, they suggested me more options where to take the wood and also for maintenance they are available and they carry it out when necessary not to tap other money (for example to me based on the wood burned in the last year they advised to wait again and I was the one who called them). Really recommended!

La splendida professionalità e disponibilità, nonché la qualità eccellente del prodotto ci hanno convinti a rivolgerci nuovamente a loro per un progetto che avevamo in mente da anni: sostituire il nostro camino a legna con uno a pellet. Essendo elemento decorativo principale del salotto, avevamo qualche esitazione, ma come potete vedere, il lavoro è risultato più che eccellente, oltre ogni nostra più rosea aspettativa. La già menzionata disponibilità ha fatto si che tutte le nostre idee venissero prese in considerazione (anche se un po' confuse) e ciò ha permesso che si creasse una sinergia per la realizzazione del progetto. Oltre a ciò Ecoimpatto lavora in modo, veloce, organizzato e professionale. Cortesia e disponibilità non mancano mai. Consiglio vivamente di rivolgersi a loro, non resterete delusi.
We turned to Ecoimpatto for the first time last winter. They installed a pellet stove for us which solved our problems relative to the upper floor of the house. The splendid professionalism and availability, as well as the excellent quality of the product, convinced us to turn to them again for a project that we had in mind for years: replacing our wood-burning fireplace with a pellet one. Being the main decorative element of the living room, we had some hesitation, but as you can see, the work turned out to be more than excellent, beyond our wildest expectations. The aforementioned availability meant that all our ideas were taken into consideration (even if a little confused) and this allowed a synergy to be created for the realization of the project. In addition to this Ecoimpatto works in a fast, organized and professional way. Courtesy and availability are never lacking. I highly recommend contacting them, you will not be disappointed.
