★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza super negativa, acquistato un anno fa una caldaia a condensazione, sono 5 giorni che mi va in blocco, chiamato come da loro indicazioni 2 centri Riello x fare vedere la caldaia, ma entrambi hanno risposto che non effettuano la riparazione in garanzia in quanto deve essere chi ha fatto la prima accensione con relativo collaudo ad intervenire,la sgarbata signora mi ha più volte rimbalzato il problema , lavandosi le mani, peccato che la prima accensione sia stata effetteuata da un loro idraulico, per cui mi ritrovo con garanzia praticamente inesistente e dovrò pagare di tasca mia la riparazione, mai più con questi personaggi
