Ho un problema molto marcato di sensibilità alla pelle ed in entrambe le visite in negozio ho trovato personale competente e disponibile, che mi ha saputo guidare nelle scelte meglio che in farmacia. Inoltre non mi hanno mai negato prove trucco per identificare al meglio il prodotto. Grazie!
Great experience, 5 stars are few. The staff are very nice and really helpful and you feel really pampered. I have a very marked problem of skin sensitivity and in both visits to the store I found competent and helpful staff who were able to guide me in my choices better than in the pharmacy. They also never denied me make-up tests to better identify the product. Thank you!

I had the chance to visit this place after quarantine and my experience was very bad ? Bad service to the point of leaving me in a bad mood. The staff definitely needs to be improved in the meantime I recommend going elsewhere ..
