Nonostante la comunicazione sia avvenuta principalmente via e-mail (e ci tengo a sottolineare la celerità con cui ho sempre ricevuto risposta), la percezione che ho avuto è stata quella di essere seguita dalla commessa/amica della bottega sotto casa e i consigli che mi ha fornito sono stati indispensabili. Inoltre si è presa premura di sapere se era arrivato il pacco e ha sollecitato il corriere per la consegna. Il personale altamente qualificato, ho usufruito di diversi servizi, dalla ceretta, all’epilazione laser, ma anche i massaggi, tutti validi. Melania ha le mani fatate, Fabrizio alla reception ti accoglie sempre con un sorriso che si vede anche con la mascherina, insomma ti fanno sentire coccolata. Super consigliato.
