a	adri adri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il servizio è zero, per carità hanno ottimi prodotti a prezzi convenienti nulla da dire, però per piccoli ordini sono disorganizzati al massimo. Nessuno ti dice che la roba te la devi andare a prendere da loro! è pazzesco, ma se faccio un ordine è ovvio che lo voglio a casa no?! no....per loro no lo devi specificare...ovviamente all'agente di zona l'ho detto a voce ma non avranno capito, bene allora aspetti aspetti aspetti e poi alla fine scopri questo, per disperazione chiedi se per favore te lo portano con un loro corriere, certo ma devi pagare! alla fine se calcoli che per i piccoli ordini devi pagare già 50 euro un più così perchè lo decidono loro, poi devi pagare pure il corriere, insomma alla fine la convenienza è così così. Ma poi hanno un sistema complicatissimo tra bolle ordini fatture pakage boh mai visto una cosa del genere, senza parlare che nei codici che scrivono li sopra non si capisce nulla. no per me il servizio è pessimo. Forse va bene per le grandi aziende ma non per i piccoli clienti. the service is zero, for heaven's sake they have excellent products at affordable prices nothing to say, but for small orders they are disorganized at the most. Nobody tells you that you have to go and get the stuff from them! it's crazy, but if I place an order it's obvious that I want it at home right ?! no .... for them you don't have to specify it ... obviously I told the local agent but they won't understand, well then you wait wait wait and then in the end you discover this, out of desperation ask if you please they bring it with their courier, of course but you have to pay! in the end if you calculate that for small orders you already have to pay 50 euros a plus because they decide, then you have to pay the courier as well, in short, in the end, the convenience is so-so. But then they have a very complicated system between order bills, pakage invoices boh never seen such a thing, not to mention that in the codes they write above you do not understand anything. no for me the service is bad. Maybe it's good for large companies but not for small customers.

Ho atteso oltre 16 settimane un ordine che doveva essere evaso in 8 massimo 10. Ho avuto ripercussioni negative anche col mio cliente. SCONSIGLIO FORTEMENTE.
