Ps. Unica pecca quando ordinate specificate nelle note che volete il pacco che vi consegna brt o altro corriere (non è specificato ma si può chiedere) . Non chiedere la consegna con il gls perchè fa davvero schifo.

Ps. The only flaw when you order specified in the notes that you want the package that you deliver brt or other courier (it is not specified but you can ask). Don't ask for delivery with the gls because it really sucks.

Un pacco arrivato lesionato e incompleto e'stato prontamente sostituito nonostante l'avessi gia'accettato senza riserva. E successivamente mi hanno chiamato per verificare che tutto fosse risolto. Che dire? Serli e professionali e mooolto cortesi.
I have been a client for a while. I greatly appreciate the offers and the service. Recently I was pleasantly surprised by the courtesy and diligence of customer service. A damaged and incomplete package was promptly replaced despite having already accepted it without reserve. And then they called me to check that everything was solved. What to say? Serli and professional and soo courteous.

Quick, accurate and excellent after sales service. An item was damaged in the shipment, even though the packaging was not sparse. Following a brief communication with the customer service, they provided for the reinstatement in a very short time. Excellent service.
