I ordered a pair of shoes, was charged for them immediately, order was cancelled the next day from Carola zeta side, and I have yet to see any refund. Typically stores charge only once stock is confirmed. Hope Carola Zeta is a legit company-having my doubts...

I shopped in online shoppping mall of Carola Zeta, which I havenβt known before.
I wasnβt sure about the sizing of the coat that I was interested in, so I asked something about the size through live chat and they answered immediately. The staff gave very detailed and accurate information about the size so it helped me a lot. Finally I ordred the coat!
Whatβs more, theyβre offer free shipping & free return to Korea.
I got the coat about a week after ordering. The condition of the coat was just new and perfect and luckily it fitted me very well.
Iβm really happy with the kind and fast customer service and international shipping policy of them, and also the quality and the reasonable pricing of the product.
Itβs my first purchase from this shopping mall and Iβm sure I will buy some more soon or later.

β β β β β Shoes they sold me broke after one day of wear, the seller took NO RESPONSIBILITY for selling a DEFECTIVE product and didn't even bother replying to my emails after they've asked to provide pictures.
Had to fix the shoes myself.
Make sure your read carefully through their policy to be prepared to face their lack of commercial spirit.
I like the shoes. But I can't recommend the seller.
