I never leave reviews but this time I want to make an exception. I recommend this shop to everyone for the professionalism and above all for the courtesy shown in helping me, without wanting anything in return, to solve a problem with the lock of my suitcase.

For over twenty years I have been buying suitcases, backpacks, bags, umbrellas at this shop. And I have always been assisted with the same courtesy and availability. Stefano and his brother are competent and professional and are distinguished by the uncommon ability to give the customer loyal and dispassionate advice.

We ended up on this store and the guy that helped us choose our bag is married to a brazilian (as we are from Brazil ourselves) and we had a blast. He gave us all the tips we needed and guided us to get the best option that suited our needs. We are still in our trip around Italy ten days later and the bag is perfect! He treated us so well. It is definitely a must if you are in Rome and need a new bag. Wishing you guys the best! Thanks for treating us so nicely.
