Avevamo acquistato un kit fari per soli 35 euro, effettuando dopo pochi giorni un cambio in quanto difettoso. Anche il nuovo kit è risultato difettoso. Stesso dal responsabile ci fu chiesto di procedere col reso per ottenere un rimborso totale del prodotto. Abbiamo provato a contattare più volte lui tramite telefonate e messaggi...ma procedere è stato impossibile. Ci ha chiuso il telefono in faccia, nega di aver ricevuto messaggi, non risponde più... Sarò costretto a intraprendere vie legali perche la garanzia è un diritto, quindi utenti attenzione a cio che acquistate da questo signore.
