★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per poter effettuare la recensione devo per forza dare una stella ma se potessi neanche quella darei. Sono due mesi che aspetto l'intervento dell'assistenza dopo aver chiamato infinite volte. Se dovessi dare un consiglio agli altri? Lasciate perdere, rivolgetevi ad altri.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato aperti dalle 9 alle 12:30... arrivata poco dopo le 11 ho trovato tutto chiuso e nessun avviso che motivasse la chiusura (es. ferie, problemi imprevisti, ecc)!
Provo quindi a telefonare (al fisso di Ferrara) e, dopo un minuto di attesa, parte un messaggio preregistrato che comunica il trasferimento all'interno richiesto (?), ho atteso un altro minuto poi ho rinunciato.
Che dire, mi affiderò a qualcuno che rispetta gli orari di apertura e non mi fa girare a vuoto!
Saturday open from 9 to 12:30 ... arrived shortly after 11 I found everything closed and no warning that motivated the closure (eg holidays, unforeseen problems, etc.)!
So I try to call (to the Ferrara landline) and, after a minute of waiting, a pre-recorded message starts communicating the requested internal transfer (?), I waited another minute then I gave up.
What can I say, I will rely on someone who respects the opening hours and does not let me run around in circles!

Sono venuta una prima volta senza appuntamento ma comunque in orario di lavoro, porte chiuse, nessuno all'interno, nessuno che risponde al telefono.
Decido di dare un'altra possibilità, stavolta prendendo appuntamento. Arriva la mail di conferma, mi presento all'orario stabilito e di nuovo porte chiuse, nessuno all'interno, nessuno che risponde al telefono (ho atteso invano che rispondesse qualcuno per TRE minuti)!
VERGOGNOSO!
THERE IS NO ONE EVER!
I came for the first time without an appointment but in working time, closed doors, nobody inside, no one answering the phone.
I decide to give another chance, this time taking an appointment. Here comes the confirmation email, I present to me at the appointed time and again behind closed doors, no one inside, no one answers the phone (I waited in vain for someone to answer THREE minutes)!

Installato portone selezionabile 10 anni fa con grande professionalità da parte degli installatori e anche dalla parte amministrativa.
In settimana chiamati per un usura di un cavo dopo 10 anni,intervento tempestivo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno un servizio assistenza per le emergenze. Al telefono non rispondono nemmeno negli orari di apertura. Nel nostro caso si è rotto il portone del garage bloccando numerosi condomini che dovevano recarsi al lavoro.
They don't have an emergency service. They don't answer the phone even during opening hours. In our case, the garage door broke, blocking numerous condominiums that had to go to work.
