When we decided to buy it, firstly they made us wait to check if the product is available then came and told us that the promotion is over (even though the product was shown as being in promotion on the shelf), secondly, when we decided to buy it even without the promotion we had to wait again to get the product and eventually being told the product is not available in the storage... Terrible experience.
