★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la prima volta che sono andato in questo studio diagnostico per animali, ovviamente con prenotazione, ed all'interno più di due clienti non fanno entrare, ed ovviamente fanno accedere a non più di due persone per cliente più animale.
Sono gentili e disponibili vengono incontro ad eventuali necessità, il dottore è assistito da una ragazza per eventuali esigenze.
Mu sono trovati bene, il dottore è preciso, ed ovviamente ama gli animali, caratteristica necessaria per fare questo mestiere.
Prezzi altini però per i nostri amici animali si fa con amore.

They are kind and helpful, they meet any needs, the doctor is assisted by a girl for any needs.
Mu are well liked, the doctor is precise, and obviously loves animals, a necessary feature to do this job.
However, high prices for our animal friends are done with love.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noi siamo di Ravenna e per fare le visite di controllo per la nostra cagnolona cardiopatica Tiara torniamo sempre qui, siete favolosi, molto competenti e non ci avete mai deluso, pochi mesi fa pensavo che Tiara sarebbe morta dopo poche settimane ma con le cure del dottore siamo ancora qui!!

We are from Ravenna and to do the check-ups for our cardiopathic dog Tiara we always come back here, you are fabulous, very competent and you have never disappointed us, a few months ago I thought that Tiara would die after a few weeks but with the doctor's care we are still here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poco serio il fatto che al telefono mi dicono che la visita con ecocardio costa 120euro poi la fattura emessa è di 135euro e la visita non c è stata. La motivazione è stata che sono andata di mia iniziativa senza un invio di un veterinario e quindi mi hanno fatto pagare come che fossero andati al mio domicilio.. Ma io ero nel loro studio! Allucinante! Se sapevo che mi fregavano cosi sarei andata in clinica ai portoni rossi di Bologna! Inoltre ho aspettato 40minuti rispetto all appuntamento preso
