The problem with this medical office is the bad organization at the reception, I would say that the owner should give the necessary means to the staff to work better so that at the reception they are more correct.

Domani ho una visita presso di loro, ho chiesto la cortesia, visto che lavoro a 20 km di distanza e ho appuntamento alle 10:00, se posso anticipare alle 8:00, in quanto rubo al medico 30 secondi, per visionare una cicatrice. Intanto al mattino presto, se telefoni, lasciano squillare il telefono e non rispondono, poi lo staccano perché da perennemente occupato. I dirigenti del baraccone, tipo sig. Vaccari, dovrebbero assumere personale più disponibile ed efficiente ,perderebbero molti meno pazienti...... Never again !!! Zero kindness and availability. Inoltre, una volta tornata a casa, ho letto il referto in cui il medico menzionava organi che nemmeno aveva controllato e lo posso dire con certezza in quanto infermiera. Speravo in una maggiore professionalità. It took me longer to take off my coat than the doctor to do the ultrasound. Also, once I got home, I read the report in which the doctor mentioned organs that he hadn't even checked and I can say with certainty as a nurse. I was hoping for more professionalism.

Ho telefonato per chiedere informazioni su una prenotazione fatta in regime di convenzione e oltre a non avere risposto alle mie domande l 'addetta è stata anche scortese e scocciata. Scegliete un altro poliambulatorio se avete necessità. I absolutely do not recommend it. Before asking for the green pass, and having a person accompanying another disabled person wait outside ... it was better if there was a wheelchair access and not a sidewalk in front of the clinic ... I do not recommend this place ...
A	Angela Baranzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte la sala d'attesa che era piccola e tenevano la porta aperta con un freddo che si abbaiava e il ritardo nell'eseguire le prestazioni. Per il freddo patito mi ritrovo con il mal di gola. A parte ciò niente a togliere sul sapere di chi mi ha visitato ma i modi e il tono e il fatto di rimarcare difetti come l'essere "in carne" poi sapendo che sono del mestiere beh è meglio che il professionista in questione dica le cose in modo più gentile senza fare sentire la persona uno straccio. Si possono ribadire concetti per il bene del paziente però con un modo adeguato. Magari informandosi del perché le persone sono in quello stato magari hanno passato un periodo non troppo bello, magari invitandoli per il loro benessere cercare di percorrere una strada diversa. Ho trovato frettolosa l'ecografia effettuata: un addome completo fatto in 5 minuti scarsi e un atteggiamento poco accogliente del medico che ha svolto il tutto come se fosse una pura pratica burocratica, mettendo peraltro in dubbio (prima ancora di fare l'eco) la diagnosi del mio medico di base. Non consiglio questo centro a chi stia cercando un ambulatorio in cui il paziente si senta ascoltato e a cui venga dedicato il tempo debito The receptionists are hasty, but this can be easily overlooked. I found the ultrasound performed hasty: a complete abdomen done in scarcely 5 minutes and an unwelcoming attitude of the doctor who carried out everything as if it were a pure bureaucratic practice, however questioning (even before making the echo) my GP's diagnosis. I do not recommend this center to anyone who is looking for an outpatient clinic where the patient feels listened to and to which the due time is dedicated.
