★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scoperto il metodo Feldenkrais presso questa associazione e lo consiglio a tutti per i benefici che apporta alla postura e al movimento.
Ho provato anche Yoga, e tuttora lo pratico, e mi trovo veramente bene.
L'ambiente è ottimo e le docenti sono disponibili e preparate.
 I discovered the Feldenkrais method at this association and I recommend it to everyone for the benefits it brings to posture and movement.
I also tried Yoga, and I still practice it, and I feel really good.
The environment is excellent and the teachers are available and prepared.
