Pagamento possibile anche a casa perché hanno bancomat portatile. EXCELLENT LAUNDRY, they aim for COMPLETE customer satisfaction and they succeed. They also do home collection and delivery. La signora, come può capitare, ha perso un nostro giubbetto di piuma, o meglio ha attaccato il biglietto con il numero attribuito a noi ad un giubbetto non nostro. Io avevo già pagato il lavoro. Conclusione : la signora facendomi passare per idiota continuava ad insistere quel che giubbetto ( anche rotto e di una taglia diversa) fosse il nostro. Non solo, io avevo già pagato i 13 euro di lavaggio. Conclusione : fra urla e insistenze la signora non mi ha restituito nè i 13 euro del lavaggio, nè si è fatta carico del danno che mi ha arrecato non assumendosi nemmeno per un istante la responsabilità dell'accaduto. Pessimo comportamento da adottare con i clienti. Fate attenzione, specie se avete capi a cui tenete cercate in zona altra tintoria. Bad service. I've been a good customer of this dry cleaner's for about a year. Good in the sense that I was carrying a lot of things, both mine and my daughter's. The lady, as can happen, has lost one of our down jackets, or rather has attached the ticket with the number attributed to us to a jacket that is not ours. I had already paid for the work. Conclusion: the lady, passing me off as an idiot, kept insisting that the jacket (even broken and of a different size) was ours. Not only that, I had already paid the 13 euros for washing. Conclusion: between screams and insistence, the lady did not give me back the 13 euros of the washing, nor did she take charge of the damage she caused me by not assuming even for a moment the responsibility for what happened. Bad behavior to adopt with customers. Be careful, especially if you have items you care about, look for another dry cleaner in the area.
