Ho fatto stampare una tesi di laurea in modalità book e nello sfogliarla una volta arrivato a casa si staccano i fogli. Vista la mancanza di tempo ho dovuto ripiegare altrove. Una book mi è costato la bellezza di 60€!!!! Posso capire che il costo è alto ma almeno le cose fatele bene! Scandalosi!
 I'm not used to leaving reviews, but this time, alas I have to. I had a degree thesis printed in book mode and when leafing through it, once I get home, the sheets come off. Given the lack of time I had to fall back elsewhere. A book cost me the beauty of 60 € !!!! I can understand that the cost is high but at least do things well! Scandalous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A parte molte cose che andrebbero migliorate, è impossibile che la mail segnata sul sito sia sbagliata. Uno manda una email con la promessa di trovare il materiale pronto il mattino dopo, e invece si sente dire che la mail del sito non è più quella. A parte che sarebbe facilissimo cambiare email del sito, ma poi uno che ha urgenza non può nemmeno stampare in fretta perché poi le macchine sono lente, il personale pure e altre mille cose. Non ci tornerei mai più.

One sends an email with a promise to find the material ready in the morning, and yet we hear that the mail address of the site is no longer that. Apart from that it would be easy to change the e-mail site, but then one that urgency can not even print in a hurry because then the machines are slow, the staff as well, and a thousand other things. I would never stay again.
