★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati da SognoBaby a febbraio del 2019, spinti da ottime recensioni e consigli di amici e conoscenti. Le spiegazioni per l' acquisto del trio sono state esaustive e professionali. Hanno un'ampissima scelta e ribadisco, tutto il personale é veramente preparato la cordiale e dedicano tutto il tempo necessario, senza avere fretta di chiudere la vendita. La cosa che più ci ha entusiasmato é l'assistenza post vendita. A distanza di più di un anno, ci hanno riconosciuto un difetto alle ruote che aveva iniziato a manifestarsi dopo metà anno. Non hanno battuto ciglio ed anzi si sono prodigati per accelerare i tempi di spedizione e assistenza, dandoci momentaneamente un passeggino in sostituzione.
Non é scontato!
Concludo dicendo che hanno qualsiasi prodotto per l' infanzia e giocattoli per ogni fascia d'età.
We stayed at SognoBaby in February 2019, driven by excellent reviews and advice from friends and acquaintances. The explanations for the purchase of the trio were thorough and professional. They have a very wide choice and I repeat, all the staff are really prepared, friendly and dedicate all the time necessary, without being in a hurry to close the sale. The thing that most impressed us is the after sales assistance. More than a year later, they recognized a wheel defect that had begun to appear after half a year. They did not bat an eyelid and on the contrary they did their utmost to speed up the shipping and assistance times, temporarily giving us a replacement stroller.
It is not obvious!
I conclude by saying that they have any baby products and toys for every age group.
