Invece di far sentire il cliente a disagio, se prima viene detto che si può fare la vendita a distanza e poi si rimangia la parola! Mi dispiace per il franchising che a me piace, ma sicuramente a Crotone non ci entrerò più!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho preso dei pantaloni premaman per mia sorella non accorgendomi che all'interno erano macchiati di colla ( ma può capitare, per carità, la commessa mi ha detto che potevo cambiarli) ma la cosa ASSURDA é che mi hanno offerto di fare la scheda fedeltà senza dirmi che costa ben € 30.00 euro. Mi sono sentita presa in giro. Di solito le schede fedelta non si pagano da nessuna parte, ma almeno mi avessero avvisato, sinceramente, non l'avrei fatta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La scelta di abbigliamento dei bimbi non è molto vasta, quello che c'è Non sembra di alta qualità o comunque per un marchio tale si hanno diverse aspettative. Mi è inoltre capitato di scegliere un capo con un prezzo indicato sul cartellino diverso da quello proposto in cassa al momento del pagamento. Trovare parcheggio vicino il negozio è un assurdo, sopratutto nelle ore di punta.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Ci è stato detto che lo scambio merce poteva essere fatto solo su merce in saldo. Senza far discussione con la commessa abbiamo preso le nostre cose e siamo andati in un altro Prenatal (a Cosenza) che ci hanno fatto cambiare la merce con qualsiasi altra e senza nessun problema.
