La persona che avevo criticato si é rivelata un ottima persona, molto gentile ,sorridente e disponibile ... la volta prima il suo modo di fare era perché ci teneva che il cliente sappia realmente cosa deve comprare senza creare disagi futuri per il cambio della merce o spreco di soldi per aver acquistato misure sbagliate di determinate cose,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsiglio di acquistare prodotti non presenti in negozio. Ho fatto un ordine con spedizione a casa e non solo non è arrivato nel giorno indicato, ma è stato proprio perso l'ordine.. E la registrazione della carta punti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo anche per me esperienza pessima da Chicco Adigeo, niente a che fare con lo stesso negozio in corso Cavour. Ieri sono andata per prendere un buono regalo di 70€,la commessa sembrava infastidita da noi, le ho lasciato lì il buono e sono andata da prenatal.

La commessa non mi ha accolta con un saluto, nonostante mi avesse visto entrare e stava parlando con delle persone. Io credendo fossero clienti ho atteso il mio turno ma poi passavano i minuti e mi sono accorta che erano dei suoi amici. Mi ha servito solo dopo che io sono andata a chiamarla. Non consiglio acquisto in questo negozio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sul sito orario di chiusura ore 20, in realtà arrivo in negozio alle 19.01 e il negozio ha appena chiuso.
Chiedo se cortesemente si può avere un prodotto e la commessa mi liquida velocemente dicendo "apriamo domani mattina alle 9". Perso un cliente.
On the website closing time at 20, actually I arrive at the shop at 19.01 and the shop has just closed.
I ask if you can politely have a product and the order quickly liquidates me saying "we open tomorrow morning at 9". Lost a customer.
