We bought a double mattress, Tempur nets and pillows, the advice in the San Giovanni shop was great. The price was the lowest among the shops visited. Fast, professional and very good in transport and assembly service. Excellent mattress, definitely shop to recommend. Thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acquistato un materasso in water foam, ci era stato consigliato senza la possibilità di provarlo essendo un prodotto nuovo.
Appena arrivato a casa lo abbiamo trovato subito troppo duro. Abbiamo chiesto di sostituirlo con qualche versione più confortevole, abbiamo dovuto pagare 200 euro per la sostituzione con un altra soluzione a loro dire più soft, ma oggettivamente ancora dura. Non rispondono al telefono, non seguono nel post vendita. Siamo Stati in negozio per chiarimenti e l unica cosa che sono Stati in grado di proporci è un topper in microfibra allla "modica" cifra di 220 euro.
Spesi 1100 euro per un materasso che non riusciamo proprio ad utilizzare. Assolutamente da "evitare" come negozio.
Purchased a water foam mattress, it was recommended to us without the possibility of trying it as it is a new product.
As soon as we got home we immediately found it too hard. We asked to replace it with some more comfortable version, we had to pay 200 euros for the replacement with another solution that they say is softer, but objectively still hard. They don't answer the phone, they don't follow up after sales. We went to the shop for clarification and the only thing they were able to offer us is a microfiber topper at the "modest" price of 220 euros.
I spent 1100 euros for a mattress that we just can't use. Absolutely to "avoid" as a shop.
