Confermo l attesa prolungata di quest'anno dovuta però, come spiegato dal personale, alle procedure di sanificazione che mi hanno resa tranquilla e sicura. Ie segretarie inoltre non si sono fermate un attimo, triangolate tra telefono, appuntamenti e informazioni da dare anche a chi non avesse appuntamento. Mai scortesi e/o indifferenti. Per L attenzione e la competenza do 4 stelle, ne aggiungo una per l impegno, lo sforzo e la difficoltà nel lavorare in questo periodo particolare! Personalmente sono rimasto amareggiato per l’incomprensione occorsa circa la consegna dei referti inerenti le analisi eseguite (spirometria urine cardio). A seguito di contatto mail ho parlato con la Dott.ssa la quale mi ha spiegato che i referti, nello specifico quello dell’ECG, necessario per effettuare la visita ma il cui rilascio è ulteriore rispetto al rilascio del certificato medico sportivo, vengono rilasciati dietro un pagamento necessario alla refertazione stessa da parte di un medico specialista. Ho comunque reperito presso lo studio copia di tutti gli esami, senza il pagamento di alcun diritto di segreteria, come concordato con la Dott.ssa stante l’incomprensione occorsa. B	Bobo Bob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganizzazione negli appuntamenti, fissato alle 15.30, mi viene detto di aspettare fuori per problematiche di assembramento, dopo 10 minuti mi dicono di compilare il modulo. Chiedo come mai visto che l'appuntamento era alle 15.30 davanti a me c'era ancora una persona dentro con la dottoressa e una in attesa di visita, quindi come minimo sarebbero passati altri 40 minuti, la risposta è stata che l'orario delle 15.30 è per compilare i moduli per la visita. Sinceramente è la prima volta che sento dire una cosa simile, l'orario è sempre stato quello della visita (almeno in altri posti), a questo punto ho chiaramente comunicato che non avrei fatto la visita andandomene e fissando all'Istituto Leonardo da vinci in via colletta a Firenze, dove non ci sono state tutte queste problematiche ed entrando per la visita nell'orario fissato.
