Alessandro è pazientissimo e disponibilissimo nell'aiutare e consigliare nella scelta dell'occhiale , efficentissimo nel post vendita ( ho avuto un problema con un occhiale apparentemente difettoso che mi è stato immediatamente sostituito) certificazione delle lenti montate insomma 5 stelle meritatissime
The owner Mr. Alessandro is very patient and very available in helping and advising in the choice of eyewear, very efficient in the after-sales service (I had a problem with an apparently defective eyewear that was immediately replaced) certification of the fitted lenses in short 5 stars deserved

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto bisogno per un intervento un po' complicato di montatura rotta su lente multifocale...il proprietario ha risolto tutto con professionalità e velocità eccezionali...e con un senso estetico che si nota già entrando nel negozio: le montature hanno uno stile originale e moderno.
La cura e l'attenzione per il cliente qui è una priorità. Ne sono rimasta edificata.
For a somewhat complicated intervention I needed a broken frame on a multifocal lens ... the owner solved everything with exceptional professionalism and speed ... and with an aesthetic sense that you can already notice when entering the shop: the frames have a style original and modern.
Customer care and attention is a priority here. I was edified by it.
