Ho passato il sabato pomeriggio ad ascoltare un dipendente parlare al telefono del mio problema senza riuscire a risolverlo. Bad. They don't know how to meet the customer's needs. Porém os funcionários não são tão atenciosos e senti que por eu ser de uma nacionalidade diferente a moça que trabalha lá me tratou com um certo desprezo. Il ragazzo (dipendente) senza dirmi niente ha rotto una vite e l ha sostituita con una non originale. Dopodiché mi sono recato altrove e hanno accertato che la vite non si toglieva più e andava portata in laboratorio a cambiare. Pessima professionalità dei vostri dipendenti. Non tornerò mai più nei vostri punti vendita! After buying a pair of raybans in this store a month ago I came back to have them tightened. The boy (employee) broke a screw without telling me and replaced it with a non-original one. After that I went elsewhere and ascertained that the grapevine was never removed and was taken to the laboratory to change. Slack professionalism of your employees. I would never stay in your stores!

Un impiegato Alessandro mi aiutò a trovare una gradazione tale da potermi riabituare all'uso degli occhiali dopo oltre dieci anni di utilizzo delle lenti a contatto. Rimasi sorpreso dalla sua telefonata dopo una decina di giorni per chiedermi come andava con le lenti cosa che apprezzai molto. Adesso utilizzo gli occhiali da vista con piacere. I encountered problems with the prescription prescribed by the ophthalmologist. An employee Alessandro helped me to find such a shade that I could get used to wearing glasses again after more than ten years of using contact lenses. I was surprised by his phone call after about ten days to ask me how he was doing with the lenses which I really appreciated. Now I use eyeglasses with pleasure.

Sono andata per sistemare la montatura di un paio di occhiali palesemente allargata e il dipendente, nel tentativo di sistemarla con il calore, mi ha irrimediabilmente rovinato le lenti. Per tale ragione non riuscivo più a vederci in quanto il vetro era completamente rovinato. Mi hanno dunque consigliato di usufruire dell'assicurazione pagata al momento dell'acquisto per cui io ho dovuto usare la mia assicurazione per rimediare a un problema provocato da un dipendente di GrandVision. Ma non è bastato perché ho anche dovuto aggiungere la differenza sul costo della nuova montatura (60€) e le lenti nuove montate sui nuovi occhialini non avevano lo stesso valore di quelle che avevo scelto (valevano 80€ in meno). Non ci tornerò! If I could have put zero stars I would have been more satisfied! They therefore advised me to take advantage of the insurance paid at the time of purchase so I had to use my insurance to remedy a problem caused by a GrandVision employee. But it was not enough because I also had to add the difference on the cost of the new frame (60 €) and the new lenses mounted on the new glasses did not have the same value as those I had chosen (they were worth 80 € less). I will not go back!
