★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The studio apartment for 2 people is very large ~40m2. The kitchen is already equipped with necessary cooking tools. There is a gym, common area (with PS, table tennis etc) and study room which are nice to have. There are 2 supermarkets nearby, Lidl is the closest one. Because there is Borgo-Panigale train station you can travel to Bologna Centrale in 7-8 minutes with a usual transportation ticket. Lastly very friendly staff. Overall excellent price/performance ratio I am very happy that I have stayed in RTMliving for 1 year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ +:The facilities are good, the staff are nice and kind. It is accessible via bus line 13. It has study room ,Pleasure room,Gym, TV, phone, Internet which is included in the price. In the rooms every thing for cooking is available.
-:the price is suitable in one year contract, you have to pay two month as deposit, the way to the center is convenient but a bit far. Neighborhood is not that much good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best apartment I've been to in Bologna. Almost everything you need is in-house. Supermarket is just a walking distance. There's a gym and relaxation room. Great place for students. Twice as nice for workers or people on business visits too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoy this place ? members of reception are really kind and also people who has got great sense of humor, sometimes room's don't have everything but reception always help with this.
Our room has got beautiful look at the city and mountains, one of the best. It has got gym where i started again trying to be fit ? and there's gaming room with PS4.
I think hotel should in the future change elevators because they sound and look sometimes is so scary.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have spent year and a half in this this residence, it a great choice for longer stay. A bit far from the center of the city, but connection is with the buses and nearby train station works we is fast and frequent. Personnel is very helpful and attentive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their rooms are the perfect choice for those who seek comfort and privacy. The kitchen is fully equipped, the location is convenient (supermarket, bus station, train station, pizzeria, bar, park, post office all within walking distance) and the staff is very polite and professional, they helped with everything I needed! I am really grateful to them for all the advice and help they've given me. The area is very pretty and only twenty minutes from the centre of Bologna by bus and 7 minutes by train. The rooms are quiet, there is a lot of space for your things and room for another bed, which you can ask for when you have a guest. I lived there for a while and my experience was very positive. I totally recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The girl at the reception is very polite and helpful. Other than that nothing nice about this hotel. Completely outdated, noisy, stinky, needs urgently renovation, very very low quality. Water from the rain flooding in the room, hair dryers not working, elevators not working, the glass door in the shower is off and this resulted in water flooding. It’s like a low standards hostel, but you pay the price of a hotel.
