Humedad en las habitaciones, suciedad acomulada, duchas estropeadas, la nevera oxidad, el sofá lleno de humedad...
El ambiente poco universitario.
Encima de todo inresponsables llegabamos a la hora que estaba abierta recepción y no habia nadie tuvimos que esperar 1h para que nos entregaran las llaves, somos 7 personas en un apartamento y solo 3 llaves.
De vergüenza.
All a lie, they showed us some photos that were not.
Humidity in the rooms, accumulated dirt, damaged showers, the refrigerator rust, the sofa full of humidity ...
The little university atmosphere.
Above all, we were irresponsible when the reception was open and there was no one, we had to wait 1 hour for the keys to be delivered, we are 7 people in an apartment and only 3 keys.
Of shame.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A relatively nice price/quality solution for students... not really cheap and not really expensive. You have all included in your reasonable monthly bill, Internet + Heating + Electricity + Household appliances (4 common washing machines for all the appartments) + Technichian if anything gets broke.
The appartments are normal, in all what the word means.
Its close to 2 supermarkets, the university sport center (Cusb) and swimming pool.
The only thing that it could be a problem is that its 20 min or more far from the center by Bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was doing Erasmus in Bologna for 5 months and living in San Vitale Student Residence. The stay was okay. The deal was clear and everything as stated in the contract. The things I could complain about was the fact that, when me and my friend entered the apartment we had to start with cleaning it. The sink was plugged and the wi fi didn't work. It was repaired after two days, but that was the first impression. Other than that the Residence isn't far from the city centre but taking into consideration the public transportation in Bologna it takes around 40 min to get by bus to the center. If someone wants to stay for short stay it is a good choice.
