★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Segretaria senza un minimo di proffessionalita' e gentilezza ! Ti chiude le porte in faccia. Se fanno uno sbaglio, nessuno ti dice" scusa". Due volte sono ritornata per via delle impegnative sbagliate ( perdendo tempo naturalmente ). Ascoltando, mentre sei dal medico in sala, la segretaria parlare di altri casi o cose burocratiche che non mi riguardano ! Se volete esser trattati cosi , ve li consiglio ! Non entro il merito alla bravura del dottore, ma non rispettano le persone.

Twice I came back because of the wrong challenges (wasting time of course). Listening, while you are at the doctor in the room, the secretary talk about other cases or bureaucratic things that do not concern me! If you want to be treated like this, I recommend them! Not within the merit of the doctor's skill, but they do not respect people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Impegantive puntualmente sbagliate e da là colpa al PC! ?Atteggiamento vergognoso e imbarazzante davanti ad altri pazienti. Segretaria da rabbrividire, mentre si è dentro interrompe la visita entrando e parlando o meglio sparlando di altre cose che un paziente seduto lì davanti non vorrebbe ascoltare.
Atteggiamenti bifolchi. Da uno studio medico ci si aspetterebbe ben altro!
Impegantive punctually wrong and from there the fault to the PC! Shameful and embarrassing attitude in front of other patients. Secretary to shudder, while you are inside interrupts the visit by entering and talking or rather talking about other things that a patient sitting there would not want to hear.
Bifolchi attitudes. One would expect much more from a doctor's office!
