Grazie alla terapia sono riuscito ad avere la consapevolezza dei fenomeni che probabilmente con il tempo mi avrebbero portato ad avere disturbi più seri. Oggi mi sento più sereno e cerco di affrontare i problemi quotidiani con uno spirito diverso, il solo tentativo mi fa sentire già una persona migliore. Come dice giustamente il Dottore la terapia è un viaggio e lo ringrazio per il suo ascolto empatico e per la sua professionalità
unfortunately I was in a down phase and my low self-esteem led me to be even more insecure than usual. Thanks to the therapy I was able to become aware of the phenomena that probably over time would have led me to have more serious ailments. Today I feel more serene and I try to face everyday problems with a different spirit, just the attempt makes me already feel a better person. As the Doctor rightly says, therapy is a journey and I thank him for his empathic listening and for his professionalism.

Lo ringrazio xché ad oggi sono una persona + serena, che riesce a godersi le piccole cose e senza più sbalzi d umore...un giorno tornerò per salutarla promesso!!
