★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Senza che avessi mai posto in vendita il mio appartamento situato nelle vicinanze di questa a me completamente sconosciuta agenzia, ricevevo: dapprima logorroiche telefonate con interlocutore mia madre novantenne (!), aspetto che implicava oltre 200 € per cambiare e rendere anonimo il recapito fisso, per poi prendere di mira il mio recapito cellulare, carpito in non so quale modo, tramite telefonate. Una volta debitamente bloccato il loro numero, si passava sempre con molta disinvoltura al ricorso al sistema di messaggistica WhatsApp, con medesimo esito finale (black list ad oltranza). E nella cassetta postale ubicata all'interno dello spazio condominiale (e quindi inaccessibile ai privati, tant'è che vi è un'apposita buca destinata alla pubblicità situata NON A CASO al di fuori del cancello di ingresso) si continuano a rinvenire loro brochure...
Ma non viene in mente che se uno vuole vendere un appartamento si rivolge lui alle agenzie di cui pullula il quartiere Appio Latino? E che con buone probabilità non sarà proprio quella che ha martoriato pseudo clienti nemmeno sulla carta potenziali? Vale la pena perpetrare queste tecniche che richiamano lo stalking al punto tale di rischiare una denuncia per violenza privata?
A queste domande spero per il suo bene risponderà il titolare di questa agenzia che ha improntato le tecniche di vendite a queste politiche coatte e prive di ogni logica commerciale.

But does it not come to mind that if one wants to sell an apartment, he turns to the agencies of which the Appio Latino district is teeming? And that with a good chance it will not be the one that has tormented pseudo customers even on potential paper? Is it worth perpetrating these techniques that appeal to stalking to the point of risking a complaint for private violence?
I hope these questions will be answered for your good by the owner of this agency who has based the sales techniques on these forced policies without any commercial logic.
