★ ★ ★ ★ ★ per inviare una bicicletta a Milano, oltre una settimana di attesa causa un imballo che sarebbe dovuto arrivare in tempi certi e veloci invece, dopo aver avuto vaghe e non chiare risposte e aver pagato quasi 100 euro!!! ancora la bici giace presso i loro magazzini.
 to send a bicycle to Milan, over a week of waiting due to a packaging that should have arrived in certain times and fast instead, after having had vague and unclear answers and having paid almost 100 euros !!! still the bike lies at their warehouses.

Serietà e professionalità insufficiente.
Una volta "riscosso" se ne fregano se i corrieri a cui si affidano provvedono alla consegna ed eventualmente il motivo del loro ritardo.
Non accettano contestazioni, reclami e non effettuano rimborsi nonostante il disagio che creano.
Assolutamente sconsigliato
Arrogance and presumption of the owner.
Insufficient seriousness and professionalism.
Once "collected" they do not care if the couriers they rely on deliver and possibly the reason for their delay.
They do not accept disputes, complaints and do not make refunds despite the inconvenience they create.
Absolutely not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ero inizialmente poco tentata di spedire il mio pacco da questo centro visto alcune recensioni negative con il senno del poi ho capito fossero falsissime :) Si vede che i ragazzi effettuano il loro lavoro egregiamente il mio pacco e arrivato a new york nell´ orario e giorno prefissati .
Mi rivolgero nuovamente a loro per la spedizione dei miei pacchi!

I was initially not tempted to send my package from this center seeing some negative reviews in hindsight I realized they were very false :) You can see that the guys do their job very well my package arrived in new york on time and day prefixed.
I will contact them again for the shipment of my packages!
