V	Violante Dilberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Dottoressa Testa è davvero brava ma ho deciso ugualmente di cambiare dottore per mia figlia a causa della cafonaggine della sua assistente.Più volte prenotando la visita mi sono ritrovata ad aspettare anche delle ore,a far passare avanti anche pazienti che non erano delle studio medico ma di colleghe in ferie che venivano dirottati dalla dottoressa Testa.Un giorno mia figlia stava molto male e decisi di portarla d'urgenza quindi senza prenotazione,l'assistente indispettita da questo atteggiamento si mise a parlare con una mamma riferendosi a me e dicendo che ero una maleducata e che dovevo portare la bambina al pronto soccorso se stava così male.....ovviamente ci sono rimasta malissimo ,capisco che l'appuntamento potrebbe anche essere importante nel caso in cui venga rispettato(ed è anche anche l'unica cosa di cui si occupa la signorina)ma non sono modi di rivolgersi ad una persona che comunque si è scusata per non aver chiamato e che in realtà ha un problema di una certa entità. quel giorno non ho detto nulla perchè il mio pensiero era mia figlia e per evitare in futuro di rincontrarla ho deciso di cambiare a malincuore medico. Doctor Testa is really good but I still decided to change doctor for my daughter because of her assistant's mischievousness. Several times booking the visit I found myself waiting even hours, to pass on even patients who were not doctors but of colleagues on vacation who were hijacked by Dr. Testa. One day my daughter was very ill and I decided to take her urgently so without a reservation, the assistant irritated by this attitude began to talk to a mother referring to me and saying that I was rude and that I had to take the girl to the emergency room if she was so bad ..... obviously I was very bad, I understand that the appointment could also be important in the event that it is respected (and it is also the only one which the young lady deals with) but they are not ways of addressing a person who has apologized for not having called and who in reality has a problem of a certain entity. that day I didn't say anything because my thought was my daughter and to avoid meeting her again in the future I decided to reluctantly change my doctor.
