Da questa mattina alle 9:00 sto provando a prenotare, ho chiamato 2 volte il fisso senza risposta, lasciato un sms su whatsapp ( visualizzato e senza risposta), inviato la prenotazione online in attesa di conferma, e ho ricevuto una chiamata solamente intorno alle 16:00 alla quale non ho prontamente risposto. Ho richiamato subito il numero, per 2volte primo squillo libero e poi mettono giù. Ho ricevuto poi un' email in cui mi dicono che hanno provato a contattarmi senza successo (loro) , e che dovevo scrivere su whatsapp o su email. (cosa che ho fatto subito e non ho ricevuto risposta nemmeno a questa ultima richiesta). Ora, Eccellenza Medica potrebbe anche essere, ma bisognerebbe rendere grazia a questo nome con un servizio adeguato. If only I could book a visit, I would have left a review based on expertise. From this morning at 9:00 am I am trying to book, I called the landline twice with no answer, left a sms on whatsapp (displayed and no answer), sent the online booking awaiting confirmation, and I received a call only around 16:00 to which I did not respond promptly. I immediately called the number, 2 times the first free ring and then put down. Then I received an email in which they tell me that they tried to contact me without success (them), and that I had to write on whatsapp or email. (which I did immediately and I have not received an answer even to this last request). Now, Medical Excellence may well be, but this name should be given thanks with adequate service.
