L	Leonida Traini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente consigliabile. Stratosferica la qualità dei servizi, sono un medico e questa valutazione e' data con un certo grado di competenza. In particolare per la grande organizzazione e le tecnologie di ultima generazione, l'effetto e' la precisione dei risultati, la puntualità e la velocità. C'è sempre molta gente ma i tempi di attesa sono ridottissimi e il personale sempre cortese e disponibile. E' una gran cosa poter contare su una struttura così affidabile. Absolutely recommendable. The quality of the services is stratospheric, I am a doctor and this evaluation is given with a certain degree of competence. Particularly for the great organization and the latest generation technologies, the effect is the precision of the results, punctuality and speed. C	Carol Di Pasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia allo stato puro, tra le ragazze che stanno alla “cassa” e dottori o dottoresse che effettuano prelievi non si sa chi è peggio. Conosco questo centro analisi da quando ero piccola ( poiché dovevo fare quasi ogni mese delle analisi del sangue per vari problemi) , vista appunto la scortesia del personale ho cambiato centro analisi. Purtroppo pochi giorni fa ci sono dovuta tornare essendo l’unico centro analisi in zona ad effettuare un analisi particolare che dovevo fare essendo incinta, entro do il foglio con su scritto le analisi da fare alla ragazza in cassa e lei subito si spazientisce dicendo che quelle non erano analisi del sangue ma dovevo rivolgermi a un ginecologo consigliandomi addirittura lei delle analisi da fare ovviamente sbagliate. Io cerco di spiegarle che la mia ginecologa mi ha prescritto le analisi ma la ragazza non mi fa parlare e alza addirittura la voce dicendo che avrei dovuto fare un pop test, ovviamente la conversazione l’ha sentita a quel punto tutta la sala, finché spazientita mi dice che le analisi che stavano scritte sul foglio solo le donne incinte le potevano fare, a quel punto si è resa conto della gaf fatta e mi ha fatto andare a fare le analisi. Beh voglio solo dire una cosa la prossima volta preferisco allontanarmi di zona anziché fare le analisi da Luisa dove ti trattano male e mi sono sentita anche derisa per essere incinta. I try to explain to her that my gynecologist prescribed me the tests but the girl does not let me speak and even raises her voice saying that I should have a pop test, obviously the conversation was heard at that point throughout the room, as long as impatient she tells me that the analyzes that were written on the sheet could only be done by pregnant women, at which point she realized the gaf made and made me go for the analyzes. Well I just want to say something next time I prefer to get away from the area rather than do the analyzes at Luisa where they treat you badly and I also felt laughed at for being pregnant. Non sono di zona e Avevo bisogno con urgenza di analizzare gli acidi biliardi perché sono al nono mese di gravidanza, sono stati gli unici a garantire il referto entro le 13, ne avevo sentiti 5 di laboratori prima di loro. La ragazza con la quale ho parlato è stata gentilissima e molto empatica, di solito le spediscono alle 15 e lei ha fatto in modo di farmele avere prima. Il laboratorio è una macchina perfettamente funzionante, veloci, competenti e UMANI...tutte caratteristiche non cosi scontate. GRAZIE ANCORA PER L'AIUTO I met this laboratory by chance ... The girl I spoke to was very kind and very empathetic, they usually send them at 3pm and she made sure to get them first. The laboratory is a perfectly functioning machine, fast, competent and HUMAN ... all features not so obvious. THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP

M	Michele Linardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4 stelle per prestazioni e gestione, ma attenzione se vi propongono il tampone rapido dicendo che è diverso da quello delle farmacie diffidate totalmente, fatevi il molecolare! Io con i rapidi sono sempre risultato negativo e nello stesso giorno facendo il molecolare sono risultato positivo al covid...quindi se volete avere l'assoluta certezza di non averlo, fatevi sempre il molecolare e diffidate dei tamponi rapidi o antigenici perchè sono spazzatura! Lo dicono anche i medici. 4 stars for performance and management, but be careful if they offer you the quick swab, saying that it is different from that of pharmacies, totally wary, be molecular! With the rapid I have always tested negative and on the same day doing the molecular I tested positive for the covid ... so if you want to be absolutely sure not to have it, always get the molecular and beware of quick or antigenic tampons because they are garbage! Doctors say so too.

Apr. 2018: I confirm the appointment and ask for a confirmation from the clinic 4. 9. Apr. 2018: The clinic confirm the appointment again 5. 24. Apr. 2018: The clinic send a mail to me with the next text: "Good morning, has a reservation with us on April 30, but that day our medical office will be closed for the bridge on May 1st (Italian national holiday). We apologize for the inconvenience. We contact a trusted center ... You must contact them to make an appointment by writing a confirmation e-mail (and to know the related costs)" Well ... I think that was not very professional, but that is only my personal opinion.
