★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sotto il profilo professionale. Dal punto di vista di attenzione e rispetto al cliente invece vi è molto da lavorare. L'addetta molto attenta e cortese della clinica San Michele in fase di prenotazione ti dice che la visita ha il costo di 80 euro, ma dopo la visita il dottore emette direttamente fattura di 120 euro, alla mia segnalazione sulla discrepanza il dottore risponde con una giustificazione vaga che poi dopo la segnalazione alla reception diventa un'aggiornamento dell'onorario improvviso. Gli utenti sono la risorsa principale di ogni professionista il rispetto e la trasparenza nei loro confronti è un dovere.
Nothing to say from a professional point of view. From the point of view of attention and respect for the customer, however, there is a lot of work to be done. The very attentive and courteous assistant of the San Michele clinic tells you during the booking phase that the visit has a cost of 80 euros, but after the visit the doctor directly issues an invoice of 120 euros, to my report on the discrepancy the doctor responds with a vague justification that then after reporting to the reception becomes a sudden fee update. Users are the main resource of every professional, respect and transparency towards them is a duty.
