★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi avevo l'appuntamento per fare il laser alle gambe per la terza volta e la luce pulsata al viso per la quinta. Ho messaggiato sul cellulare del centro no mas vello di Santa Maria Capua Vetere, chiedendo se potevo ritardare 30 minuti, causa contrattempo e lontananza dal centro, rispondendomi, quasi subito che non c'erano problemi.
Arrivata al centro, l'estetista di turno mi ha riferito che avrei dovuto fare la luce pulsata anche alle gambe al posto del laser per alternarli "perché di solito loro fanno cosi"(cit.), ho risposto che avevo fatto soltanto due sedute e non ero d'accordo a fare questo cambio, poiché non vi erano motivi validi e avrei voluto fare il laser come stabilito dall'inizio. Al che vedendo la mia determinazione mi risponde che la macchina laser si era rotta in mattinata e non poteva farmelo.
Mi sono sentita presa in giro, ingannata e raggirata. Mi sono rialzata dal lettino è ho riferito all'estetista che avrebbero dovuto farmelo sapere prima e non ingannarmi, visto che c'eravamo sentite poco prima telefonicamente, oppure dirmelo chiaramente appena arrivata al centro
Si è giustificata che lei era appena arrivata, che le colleghe non le avevano detto nulla. Ho capito che l'unica cosa giusta da fare era andare via, visto il modo in cui sono stata trattata. Le ho riferito che non erano per niente professionali, che avevo perso la fiducia per il loro pessimo comportamento sleale e scorretto, volendo a tutti i costi, pur di guadagnare, rifilarmi una cosa non richiesta, convincendomi.
A questo punto mi domando se lo avessi fatto che conseguenze avrei avuto?
Rifletto anche sul fatto che al primo appuntamento hanno utilizzato una lamette usa e getta, già aperta e non imbustata, che utizzano per depilare la zona prima di fare il laser, mi auguro che la stessa non la utilizzino su tutte le cliente.
Per evitare dalla volta successiva portai la mia lametta.

Today I had an appointment to do the leg laser for the third time and the pulsed light to the face for the fifth time. To which, seeing my determination, he replies that the laser machine broke down in the morning and he couldn't do it.
I felt made fun of, cheated and duped. I got up from the bed and told the beautician that they should have let me know beforehand and not deceive me, since we had spoken a little earlier by phone, or tell me clearly as soon as I arrived at the center
She justified herself that she had just arrived, that her colleagues hadn't told her anything. I realized that the only right thing to do was to leave, given the way I was treated. I told her that they weren't professional at all, that I had lost faith for their bad unfair and unfair behavior, wanting at all costs, in order to earn, to give me an unsolicited thing, convincing me.
At this point I wonder if I did, what consequences would it have?
I also reflect on the fact that on the first appointment they used a disposable razor blade, already open and unwrapped, which they use to depilate the area before doing the laser, I hope that they do not use it on all customers.
To avoid the next time I brought my razor blade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ragazze sono assolutamente gentili e puntuali, ho fatto due sedute laser da loro purtroppo però ho sofferto molto (non parlo del semplice pizzicore) con il loro laser, già dalla prima seduta ho notato delle macchie bianche sulle mia pelle un po' olivastra, alla seconda seduta sono aumentate e quindi ho deciso di stoppare il trattamento. In seguito sono stata da un dermatologo che mi ha confermato che è stato il laser, dovuto probabilmente a un errore di scelta di fototipo in quanto il calore intenso che ho provato non è la normalità. Scrivo questa recensione ora ma le sedute le ho eseguite tra ottobre e novembre 2021
The girls are absolutely kind and punctual, I had two laser sessions from them unfortunately but I suffered a lot (I'm not talking about the simple itch) with their laser, already from the first session I noticed some white spots on my skin a little olive, at the second session increased and therefore I decided to stop the treatment. Later I went to a dermatologist who confirmed that it was the laser, probably due to an error in the choice of phototype as the intense heat I felt is not normal. I am writing this review now but I performed the sessions between October and November 2021
