Dopo un ascesso peritonsillare la tonsillectomia è d'obbligo a causa delle gravi complicazioni che ne potrebbero derivare, ma nessun altro otorino ha mai avuto il coraggio di operarmi. Il dottor Colaboni mi ha inserito personalmente in lista d'attesa per l'operazione all'ospedale San Giovanni Addolorata, e dopo qualche mese sono stata chiamata. È stato lui stesso ad operarmi. S	Severino Di Cola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fra tutti gli specialisti finora conosciuti, il Dr. Fabio Colaboni è sicuramente uno dei pochi che mi sento di consigliare vivamente a tutti. Scrupoloso e attento, non lascia nulla al caso. Prima di emettere una diagnosi e prescrivere una cura si preoccupa di effettuare e richiedere tutti gli approfondimenti necessari. Col supporto di immagini e documentazione, spiega nel dettaglio la natura del problema e quale sarà l'effetto della sua prescrizione. Riporto l'esperienza di mio figlio (cha all'epoca avrà avuto 2 o 3 anni) al quale, a causa delle sue ricorrenti otiti, più di un otorino avrebbe voluto asportare le adenoidi. Fortunatamente, proprio in quel periodo, ebbi la fortuna di conoscere il dottor Colaboni che, a seguito di esami strumentali, ha fatto vedere a me e a mia moglie come le adenoidi non occludessero poi in maniera così significativa il condotto dell'aria e quindi che il problema non era quello. Secondo lui il problema era un timpano un pò rigido che non si adattava rapidamente ai cambi di pressione. Invece di operarlo gli ha prescritto un semplicissimo esercizio meccanico, da fare periodicamente, gonfiare un palloncino con il naso. Questo avrebbe migliorato la situazione e col tempo le ricorrenti otiti sarebbero scomparse. Beh, è andata proprio così. Grazie dottore!
