★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo varie esperienze non sempre positive con altre agenzie, io e mia madre ci siamo rivolti alla Agenzia Tecnocasa dei fratelli Policella per la vendita di un appartamento. Stiamo stati seguiti da Vittorio per la precisione. Devo distaccare la grande professionalita´con la quale ha trattato la vendita´: non solo e´stato molto efficiente riuscendo a portare un elevato numero di potenziali compratori, ma siamo anche riusciti a chiudere nel giro di poche settimane, cosa che altre agenzie non erano riuscite in mesi. Al di la´della professionalita´, devo sottolineare la grande sensibilita´con cui ha trattato la vendita sapendo che per noi non era un passaggio semplice. Ci ha anche aiutato con tutte una serie di trafile burocratiche non solo legate alla vendita in questione. Siamo rimasti impressionati e soddisfatti dei serivzi che ci hanno offerto. Altamente consigliato.

We were followed by Vittorio to be precise. I have to detach the great professionalism with which he dealt with the sale: not only was he very efficient, managing to bring a large number of potential buyers, but we also managed to close in a few weeks, something that other agencies were not successful in months. Beyond professionalism, I must underline the great sensitivity with which he dealt with the sale knowing that for us it was not an easy step. He also helped us with all a series of bureaucratic procedures not only related to the sale in question. We were impressed and satisfied with the services they offered us. Highly recommended.
