★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, è più di 1 pra che provo a contattarli, ho inviato anche una mail per essere contattato quanto prima avendo problemi con l'inquilina del piano superiore ( butta le sigarette sulle mie tende esterne), ma quando si tratta di chiedere soldi chiamano subito.
Sono ancora al telefono ad attendere che rispondano.

They never answer the phone, it is more than 1 pra that I try to contact them, I also sent an email to be contacted as soon as possible having problems with the tenant of the upper floor (throw the cigarettes on my external curtains), but when it comes to ask for money they call immediately.
