Dopo 10 min ho subito capito che quelle recensioni erano fondate. All' interno del negozio ho trovato (oltre ai migliori brand come Bultrex, Tempur etc) una dipendente che mi ha accolto con assoluta cortesia, disponibilità, professionalità e competenza. Durante la ns conversazione in negozio non ho mai avvertito alcuna "pressione" verso l'aquisto immediato dei loro prodotti, ma solo l'invito a provare con calma i materassi al fine di trovare il materasso giusto per me (come quando si andava dal sarto per farsi cucire l'abito giusto). Anche durante una mia telefonata (questa volta non ho parlato con la medesima signora, ma con un'altra dipendente del negozio) ho avvertito nuovamente, nelle parole della Signora, la massima disponibilità, professionale e cortesia mentre rispondeva a tutte le mie domande. Se dovete acquistare un materasso di qualità e cercate un Personale qualificato, professionale ed educato allora credetemi questo è il posto giusto per Voi. Le due Signore che ci lavorano sono straordinarie!!! In recent days I went to Doronico in Camisano Vicentino after reading the excellent reviews on Google (despite having had to travel many km, as I live in the province of Padua). After 10 min I quickly realized that those reviews were well founded. Inside the shop I found (in addition to the best brands such as Bultrex, Tempur etc) an employee who welcomed me with absolute courtesy, availability, professionalism and competence. During our conversation in the shop, I never felt any "pressure" towards the immediate purchase of their products, but only the invitation to calmly try the mattresses in order to find the right mattress for me (like when you went to the tailor to have the right dress sewn). Even during my phone call (this time I did not speak to the same lady, but to another employee of the shop) I felt again, in the words of the Lady, the maximum availability, professionalism and courtesy while answering all my questions. If you need to buy a quality mattress and you are looking for a qualified, professional and polite staff then believe me this is the right place for you. The two ladies who work there are extraordinary !!!

Un gran apprezzamento va a Doronico per la QUALITA' dei prodotti, lo si respira appena si entra in negozio, per la vasta scelta e la disponibilità dei prodotti : infatti l'aver trovato il prodotto già in pronta consegna è un gran servizio che l'azienda offre. Inoltre il prezzo del prodotto è stato più competitivo rispetto ad altri negozi. Do 5 stelle ma se ce ne fossero state 10 le meritano tutte!
