Il materasso acquistato, dopo circa un mese di prova, ci siamo accorti che per noi era troppo rigido, e così ce l'hanno cambiato con uno della stessa tipologia ma più morbido. Ottimo servizio! Non pensavamo di trovare tanta professionalità: l'azienda Carraro non solo vende prodotti di qualità, ma è anche attenta alle esigenze e alla soddisfazione del cliente, cosa che al giorno d'oggi non è così facile trovare!!
Very positive experience! We bought custom made sommier and mattress. Excellent products. We also found professionalism and friendliness. The purchased mattress, after about a month of testing, we realized that it was too rigid for us, and so they changed it to one of the same type but softer. Excellent service! We didn't think we would find so much professionalism: the Carraro company not only sells quality products, but is also attentive to customer needs and satisfaction, which is not so easy to find nowadays !!
