Ieri ho avuto un guasto. Stamattina ho cercato di mettermi in contatto con la filiale di Rovereto. Mi risultava sempre libero ma non ricevevo risposta. Telefonato a Trento mi è stato detto che il sistema è impostato così: il numero risulta libero a chi telefona anche se chi dovrebbe rispondere è invece impegnato su quella stessa linea. Una scelta veramente incomprensibile, penalizzante e irritante per chi telefona. Quando ho capito questo ho chiuso e ho telefonato ad un'altra officina. Buongiorno
My review concerns the aspects of communication and not the technical ones. I have been an Audi customer for 10 years. At the Audi I perform all the coupons and revisions. Yesterday I had a breakdown. I tried to get in touch with the Rovereto branch this morning. He was always free to me but I received no reply. When I was called to Trento I was told that the system is set up like this: the number is free to the caller even if the person who should answer is busy on that same line. A truly incomprehensible, penalizing and irritating choice for those who call. When I understood this I closed and I phoned another workshop. Good morning
