Ora dopo qualche anno sembra di essere in 'barca' e rotoli fuori dal letto... Questo, nonostante un preavviso di ben 10 gg. La soluzione che mi veniva proposta era di consegnare il materasso un giorno qualsiasi della settimana successiva, nonostante non avessi ancora il letto in consegna, ritirando peraltro il vecchio materasso, facendo quindi dormire mio figlio.....sul divano? Trovo lunare, non recepire le esigenze del cliente, che non spende propriamente due soldi , per un prodotto che sicuramente vale, ma al quale va accordata la disponibilità di coordinare "la logistica".
