Piuttosto che comprare un loro materasso dormo per terra! Appena entriamo ci accoglie subito un loro addetto e ci chiede se può essere utile. Gli spieghiamo che abbiamo bisogno di cambiare una ventina di materassi singoli per i nostri appartamenti uso vacanza. A quel punto senza nemmeno darci info sui prodotti ne accennando I degli sconti fiera che propongono ci chiede solamente un biglietto da visita che mette subito in tasca dicendoci “grazie vi ricontatterà il nostro agente”. Siamo rimasti spiazzati, in meno di due minuti ci ha liquidati. A quel punto un’altra mia collega che ha già acquistato da voi qualche anno fa mi dice che avrebbe provato a parlarci lei. Morale della favola ritorniamo assieme e quando la mia collega dice di essere già vostra cliente, e che nell’ultima fiera di Riva del Garda (dove ha avviato l’acquisto) ha potuto vedere le differenti tipologie di materassi e gli è stato parlato anche di uno sconto fiera; il solito addetto gli risponde dicendo che possiamo sederci e stenderci su tutti i materassi che vediamo esposti tranquillamente e che comunque passerà un rappresentate nelle prossime settimane. Mi dispiace davvero che da una azienda come Dorelan possano accadere questi episodi, perché i loro materassi sono davvero ottimi e di qualità ma per questa volta mi affiderò ad altri professionisti. Non riesco assolutamente a trovare una posizione confortevole, avverto pressioni sul corpo e ho problemi di circolazione. Anche il medico ha riscontrato nel materasso il problema. Ebbene, ho scritto in azienda spiegando i problemi riscontrati. E che la qualità era soltanto legata al prezzo di listino davvero esagerato. Ho chiesto la sostituzione con altro loro prodotto, decisamente più idoneo ma non c'è stato verso. Che dire, davvero vergognoso. Per me Dorelan ha chiuso! A volte è la tua schiena che non è a posto non bisogna dare la colpa al materasso . i prodotti sono di qualità. I titolari ci mettono la faccia oltre al cuore . se devi cambiare il materasso vai con fiducia sicuramente comprerei un prodotto di qualità Healthy company, rich in human values, attentive to the needs of its employees. they build high quality products. do you want that there is no one who does not fit the mattress? Ho acquistato un materasso Dorelan Reactive che è il loro prodotto migliore, per così dire il fiore all'occhiello dell'azienda. Dopo la consegna del prodotto purtroppo iniziamo i problemi per me con vampate di caldo e non riuscivo a dormire e quindi cambio lenzuola e compro un nuovo coprimaterasso super traspirante e tecnologico ma purtroppo il problema rimane. A questo punto scrivo all'azienda varie email per essere contattato dal servizio clienti, sono molto arrabbiato ma soprattutto molto ma molto deluso. Le risposte sono state effettuate da un copia e incolla e credo che le email non siano neanche state lette comunicandomi di rivolgermi al punto vendita e dopo varie arrabbiature mi propongono di sostituire la copertura esterna del materasso a mie spese ad un prezzo esorbitante ma visto il problema sarò costretto ad acquistarla. Sono molto deluso perché un'azienda che si definisce specialisti del sonno e del sistema letto non offrono un servizio clienti adeguato e che è quindi veramente molto scadente. Se potessi tornare indietro restituirei il prodotto ma sono di certo sicuro che non consiglierò mai l' acquisto di un prodotto Dorelan ne a conoscenti ma soprattutto a tutte le persone che sono nel mondo della bicicletta I state that I am an amateur cyclist I own a muscular mountain bike and an e-mountain bike.
