Dopo un paio di giorni è arrivato Mattia, una persona molto gentile. Dopo aver preso le misure in pochissimo tempo è tornato con preventivo e prototipo del materiale che avrebbe usato per i serramenti. Ho richiesto altri tre preventivi per avere un confronto, ma ,la serietà ,competenza e professionalità di Mattia , mi hanno convinta ad acquistare i serramenti da Door Casa. A metà settembre sono venuti gli operai a sostituire i vecchi infissi, Mario e Angelo, sono stati veloci e attenti. Gli infissi sono bellissimi, non potevano fare un lavoro migliore. Sono stata cosi soddisfatta che ho consigliato ai miei genitori di affidarsi a Door Casa per la sostituzione dei loro infissi e anche i questo caso Mattia si è contraddistinto . Grazie. Sono stati gli unici , seguiti in particolare da Alessandro, a farci un preventivo parlandoci nei dettagli di quello che sarebbero andati a fare e dandoci delle informazioni tecniche che nessun altro si era spinto a fare. Minuziosi e onesti , lavori fatti nei tempi dichiarati, senza lasciare niente al caso, i due tecnici che son venuti a montarci i serramenti ( capitanati da Angelo) sono stati attenti , puliti e soprattutto a ogni richiesta hanno cercato di venirci incontro. Alla fine oltre ad avere delle finestre nuove ho risolto i miei problemi di spifferi , e sotto attenta valutazione ho risolto anche il problema dei raggi solari con vetri selettivi consigliatomi dal loro agente !!! Ci ha seguito con molta pazienza e molta professionalità Alessandro spiegandoci i dettagli dei serramenti. Abbiamo confermato l'ordine e per l'installazione ci sono venuti incontro con i nostri problemi di disponibilità. Gli infissi sono stati montati da persone qualificate e ingegnose (adattamenti vari fatti sul posto)...capo cantiere Angelo. Lavoro completato nei tempi previsti e siamo soddisfatti del risultato. Peccato per la difficile post vendita/assistenza che purtroppo lunga nei tempi e che ha provocato rovine ai serramenti...
