★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profondamente delusa! Ho chiesto il balayage e ho ricevuto alcune strisce bionde sbiadite. I miei capelli sono ancora neri alle radici e la colorazione non è uniforme. La ragazza è stata anche molto aggressiva con i miei capelli tutto il tempo anche quando li lavava, li tirava, e quando le ho detto che mi faceva troppo male, lei non ha fatto altro che scherzar sul fatto che dopo 6 mesi ho dimenticato come è avere qualcuno che fa balayge. Sono diversi anni che faccio balayage e non ho mai ricevuto un servizio così pessimo. Per non dimenticare il prezzo che ho pagato, conosco i costi e mi aspetto un lavoro fatto bene. Non mi sento di consigliare questo parrucchiere per il balayage.
 Deeply disappointed! I asked for the balayage and received some faded blonde strips. My hair is still black at the roots and the coloring is not uniform. The girl was also very aggressive with my hair all the time even when she washed and pulled it, and when I told her it hurt too much, she just joked that after 6 months I forgot how it is have someone doing balayge. I have been doing balayage for several years and I have never received such a bad service. In order not to forget the price I paid, I know the costs and I expect a job well done. I don't feel like recommending this hairdresser for balayage.

Il taglio di per sé non è bruttissimo, ma è tutto il contrario di quello che avevo chiesto e non sono soddisfatta. La ragazza che mi ha asciugato i capelli continuava a bruciarmi con il phon "perchè se lo metto piú basso non si asciugano". Uscita da lí sembravo uscita da un tornado piú che da un parrucchiere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Capelli tagliati nel ciuffo troppo rispetto alle richieste fatte, personale preparato. Le altre volte in confronto mi sono sempre trovato molto bene non che questa sia da meno.
Hair cut in the tuft too much compared to the requests made, trained staff. The other times in comparison I have always found myself very well not that this is outdone.
