★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un taglio qualche giorno prima dell'appuntamento. Mi sono presentata all'orario prestabilito, ho aspettato mezz'ora perché mi è stato chiesto di aspettare qualche altro minuto. Dopo altri 30 minuti ( e quindi un'ora di attesa complessiva) mi viene detto che avrei dovuto aspettare almeno altri 15 minuti, così me ne sono andata. Veramente poco professionali
I booked a haircut a few days before the appointment. I showed up at the scheduled time, I waited half an hour because I was asked to wait a few more minutes. After another 30 minutes (and therefore an hour of total waiting) I am told that I would have to wait at least another 15 minutes, so I left. Really unprofessional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno dato l'appuntamento per il 24.03.2022 alle ore 16. Sono arrivata 10 minuti prima. Ho aspettato un'ora e nessuno del personale ha tenuto conto di me. Hanno servito addirittura una ragazza che è arrivata dopo di me.
Pessimo gestione clienti. Me ne sono andata alle ore 17. Mai più, assolutamente sconsigliabile!
They gave me the appointment for 24.03.2022 at 4 pm. I arrived 10 minutes earlier. I waited an hour and none of the staff paid any attention to me. They even served a girl who came after me.
Bad customer management. I left at 5 pm. Never again, absolutely inadvisable!

The owner is very kind, professional and prepared. I wanted to change color and cut and I went out very happy! Helped by an equally kind assistant, she changed my look with a perfect result, just as I wanted! I definitely recommend it to everyone!
