★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho visitato questo negozio con mia madre lo scorso weekend per avere informazioni su un abito visto in vetrina (eravamo in cerca di un vestito per una cerimonia). La commessa ci ha liquidato dicendo che non aveva la taglia adeguata (legittimo) ma alla richiesta di poter vedere altri abiti o di cercare altre soluzioni ci ha risposto in maniera sgarbata, senza avanzare una proposta, una alternativa.. senza fare nemmeno un tentativo. Nel più totale imbarazzo e stupore siamo uscite. Sicuramente non torneremo più. Assolutamente sconsigliato, non è il modo di trattare le persone.
I visited this shop with my mother last weekend to get information on a dress seen in the shop window (we were looking for a dress for a ceremony). The saleswoman dismissed us by saying that she did not have the correct (legitimate) size but when asked to see other clothes or to look for other solutions, she replied rudely, without making a proposal, an alternative .. without even making an attempt. In total embarrassment and amazement we went out. We will certainly not be returning. Absolutely not recommended, it is not the way to treat people.
